Dr. Velimir "Monty" Vesselinov is the co-founder and CTO of EnviTrace with over 40 years of theoretical and practical experience in computational science and artificial intelligence. He spent more than 20 years as a scientist at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), New Mexico, where he developed groundbreaking technologies and methodologies. Dr. Vesselinov has been the Principal Investigator (PI) of a series of multi-million, multi-institution, and multi-year projects. He has developed more than 20 different software products, with one of his AI products receiving 2 R&D100 awards, often called the "Oscars of Innovation." His expertise spans machine learning, computational modeling, data analytics, and environmental sciences. At EnviTrace, he leads the technical development of our AI-powered solutions and ensures our products maintain the highest standards of scientific rigor and innovation. He also leads the cybersecurity; he defines cybersecurity roles and responsibilities within EnviTrace to protect our data and systems.
