Envitrace grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software according to the terms herein. Some components may be open-source and governed by their respective licenses.
You agree not to misuse the software, attempt to reverse engineer proprietary components, or violate applicable laws.

We process data according to our privacy practices. Do not submit sensitive data unless required and authorized. Contact us for a DPA if needed.
Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Envitrace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy copies as applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
